When to Submit an Appeal
You must file your appeal within 8 days of the mailing date of the initial Deputy's decision. Appeals from the initial Deputy decisions must be filed with the local office.
Appeals from an Administrative Law Judge's Decision
Appeals from a Judge's decision to the Board of Review must be filed, in writing directly with the board within 8 days of the mailing date of the decision to:
